  1. Kraft reel

    Production starts from rolls of 120 gsm white kraft paper, fed into the line as one continuous web.

  2. Print

    Your artwork goes on in flexo, up to 4 colors, matched to your Pantone references, on any side of the bag.

  3. Form and handles

    The web is folded into a tube, cut and bottomed, and twisted paper handles are glued inside under a patch.

  4. Check and stack

    Finished bags are checked and stacked flat, ready for your container.

US duty status

Since July 2024 the US charges anti-dumping duty on paper shopping bags from Cambodia, China, Colombia, India, Malaysia, Portugal, Taiwan, Turkey and Vietnam (countervailing duty also applies to China and India). Indonesia is not on the list, so bags made in our partner factory in Indonesia are not subject to US anti-dumping or countervailing duty. Regular US import duties and tariffs still apply. If your specification needs a different factory, the quote says so and states that factory's country of origin.
